Players pay the game account; the game account sends that exact amount to null, where nobody can spend it. Awaiting means received but not yet found on chain as burned. It usually clears within minutes.

Check these numbers yourselfshow

Every burn is a transfer from @syndicate.game to null with the memo sp-burn-out: followed by the player's payment transaction. This lists the account's latest transfers (raise the limit, up to 1000, to go further back):

The last parameter (4) keeps only transfer operations. Burns are the ones whose to is null; their amounts should add up to the total above. The same account also receives marketplace payments, which are never sent to null.
