Use Hive Keychain with the account you play Splinterlands on. Eligibility is checked against it.

Sign one transfer of the quoted DEC to @syndicate.game from your Hive-Engine wallet.

One STDEED lands in your Hive-Engine wallet within seconds.

DEC is burned
The game sends your DEC to null with the memo dec_burn_event:<your tx>.

Claim your Turf
Redeem the deed in the game whenever you like. The plot's rarity is revealed then.
To qualify, your Hive account and your Splinterlands account must both predate the event announcement, and the Splinterlands account needs a Spellbook and a history of battles. If a purchase can't be completed — the pool sells out while you're signing, the price moves, or the account doesn't qualify — your DEC is sent back automatically.

Turf: land that pays
Syndicate Protocol is a crime-syndicate strategy game on Hive. Turf plots are its land: an NFT that generates crafting resources and gives its owner a daily shot at SYNX, the game's Hive-Engine token. Only 2,500 plots will exist in Batch 1, and a deed from this event comes out of that same cap.
Produces resources
An active plot yields steel, hardware, influence, intel or contraband by the hour — the materials every building and gear piece is made from.
Earns SYNX daily
Each plot unlocks one boss fight a day. Send three crews in; the damage you deal decides how much of the plot's SYNX pool is paid on-chain to your wallet.

Base pools are the full-sellout rates. While plots remain unsold, the network's 17,500 daily SYNX is split across fewer plots, so each one's pool is larger; the live figure is shown on every mission. Plots are activated with in-game Tokens for 12, 24 or 72 hours at a time, and SYNX nobody earns is burned nightly.
